Here's a few pages I did and added flowers to. (I use them a lot - didn't really feel like a challenge!) Still need to do my patriotic pages. I'm thankful these threads don't shut down...

I broke into the Arts & Crafts Building last night after hours to work on a cool plaster canvas panel featuring my 2009 word "accomplish." I really had fun making it, but it has nothing to do with this week's challnge. Shhhhh. . . don't tell Monica.

I saved some paper for this project and can't find it now...
Here are two card I made with scraps next to my paper trimmer. They stack up until I start knocking them off onto the floor... Thanks for the card sketch - it's one I'll actually use!

Wow, can't believe I'm first to post a LO in this thread. On July 4th we went to the Durham Bulls stadium to watch the USA Olympic hopefuls play Guatemala. The final score was 1-18, with USA winning. The evening was finished off with some fabulous fireworks. This is digi using the July Scrapper's Guide kit, In Pursuit of Liberty by Michelle Coleman. I started with a pair of quick drop pages and modified them a bit.

The card on the left was inspired by one I saw in a magazine. I used left over bits of yellow papers I had on my desk and prima flowers.

I traded in one of my "extra" KP shifts (for breaking the rules in the arts & crafts area  ) for a shift at camp cleanup. In the background of this collage on plaster (joint compound), I embedded a variety of things for texture, including a leaf. You might be able to make out a ferny looking image in the middle lower section of green. The photo is an old family photo, atken in Chihuahua, Mexico, around 1930. I love the woman in te fun slinger outfit, as well as the three on the right who are so dressed up!

Thanks for looking.

Since I was sentenced to KP duty, I thought I'd make a card with my scraps. I love the sketch! Her's my contribution. Cruisin' and bridges paper, with scraps from collage papers I've been working with.

No alligators or cute wildlife for me today. :D

Just a photo of a church steeple near my office with some interesting clouds in the background. On sunny days the white cross on the top disappears, but it shows well in the original of this photo. I need to check out angles on the courthouse windows. I never noticed how they reflect until I saw this photo. Funny how that works.

Sorry, Monica, I also was a bad girl this week and cut up 12x12s in defiance of your rules! IMHO scraps are anything that will never appear in a LO. ;)

These Christmas papers were leftovers from making origami gift card holders a few years ago. I had to hunt them down where they were hiding under a stack of good CS paper. The card bases are from the CS holiday collection last year.
