USPS Art Swap

Since we have all supported the post office with all the swaps done here at PAO, here's a swap that is a bit different.
You make a piece of art and exchange it with your partner who could be unknown to you and they finish it and keep it or I suppose you could send it back. I haven't read all the fine print yet. It will make more sense when you read Julie's blog.
