these tri fold cards?

Amidst all the other stuff happening this week, DH's birthday is Sunday and he is soooooo ready for summer and some lengthy camping in our new pop-up tent trailer. So I made him a camping themed tri fold birthday card.

The paper is Basic Grey; I used stamps from CS Great Outdoors, Into the Wild, Celestial, foot prints and saying stickers from my stash; GO cutouts;black flower brads and a charm from my stash.

The front is done on watercolor paper spritzing the stamps with water first then coloring with a black watercolor crayon and then stamping on waste paper first then the finish paper.

Whoa Rachelle! This is one terrific card. He will love it and I hope you've got a great trip planned for your trailer. We've had a pop-up for 9 years and love it. Last summer was the first time we didn't use it but I'm planning a trip to Oregon for later this summer. Got to use it while DS still wants to travel with us.

Thanks Everyone! I'm getting ready for my class and DH is out putting the finishing touches on the electrical system for the pop up. I definitely chose the right theme for his card.

And Farley, we will be at 4 different camp grounds in Oregon this summer. Rogue Valley for 1 night; Sunset Bay for 2 nights; Tillicum for 2 nights and Rock Creek for 3 nights. Wouldn't it be a hoot if we were in the same place at the same time?

Oh WOW! I've been loving these cards too, and just haven't managed to make any yet. Not sure what's holding me back... I really really need to give this a try. Maybe the fear of addiction.... LOL. I'm afraid I may never make a card of any other type ever again. They look utterly fabulous - every single one I've seen.
