This is my entry for week 4
You had to alter a canvas, make sure to use some mediums, paints and mists.

Beautiful canvas, Christy! I love all the textures you have on it, and those flowers give the illusion of a branch behind them.

It's actually an image from a piece of 7 Gypsies paper.

Beautiful layout! What medium did you use for all the texture on the background?

Modeling paste in the upper left and lower right where I pushed a piece of chipboard in and removed for texture.
I also used Granular Gel in spots that I painted once it dried

Fantastic! I haven't seen any other entries, but your work is simply outstanding!

I would like to get some paste to give something like that a try. I'll have to look next time I get to Michaels or AC Moore.
