This was emailed to me courtesy of Petaloo. It uses their Color Me Crazy flowers and Tim's Frosted film to make a cool tag. Looks like she has some other cool tutorials as well. Enjoy!

Great tute and easy peasy. I had just purchased some of the film and was wondering what to do with it.
Re: Tammy Tutterow frosted film tutorial
I've had the film for awhile and haven't done anything with it.... and you're right: now I know what to do with it!

That tag is absolutely gorgeous. But I have to say, I'm guessing the photos must truly not do it justice, because my lazy brain just thought "why not just adhere the pattern side you want to hide to the stiky and call it a day?". There must be some translucent quality that just doesn't show in the photos.
And I've never seen the frosted film before. But then again, I'm not up on the latest "what's hot" kinds of things.

It is semi-translucent - you can see it when she moves her hand behind the tag. Since the film is frosted, you get a misty effect anyway.
