egg-stra time together
egg-stra time together
I don't entirely love the title of this page, but couldn't not use these 49 and Market chipboard words which were the perfect colours. Last year, based on an idea I saw online, we dyed our eggs using food colouring and whipped cream - reminded me of the shaving cream technique for marbling paper. Pagemaps sketch, Pinkfresh papers and embellishments from a couple collections with 49 and Market chipboard and a couple of ancient leather flowers from my stash. And Oliver, of course. Happy Easter, everyone!

It’s perfect! The title is very nice and works perfectly in the design.
I especially like the house paper and appreciate all ideas for using house paper. There are several sheets in my stash and I never think of ways to use it.

Perfect colors to go with your photos. You know I love me some 49 & Market paper! And what a fun way to dye eggs... makes me want to give it a try!

It's a great page.
Re: egg-stra time together
Those eggs are beautiful! I can't remember how we got that marbled effect back in the day, floating some kind of dye on top of water maybe, anyone remember?
Trivia from OZ: all eggs sold in supermarkets here are brown so no white ones to dye. Any white eggs are sold to the food industry.

Your paper/color choices are perfect for those photos and I love that you added Oliver (the rabbit) to the page.
Beautiful eggs!
