July 2012 Scrapbook challenge

Your challenges for this month -
1 - use a stencil or a mask on your page - OR
2 - use ephemera on your page - not pre-packed-from-a-scrapbook-company-ephemera - use something you picked up on a trip, on the side of the road, at a flea market...got it? OR
3 - use the colors creamy white, aqua blue, red, navy and blue (see the Pink Paislee blog if you need to see the colors - that's where I stole this idea from)

I have one sitting here waiting to be finished that I used a mask on. Maybe this will pry me away from my genealogy for a few minutes to finish it.

FANTASTIC! This works perfectly with May Flaum's Camp Scrap challenge for today. Mists. I am working on an idea now.

Here's my LO using all the colors mentioned. That was a challenge. The two blue mats are really different shades of blue, and the punched strip is the lightest version of blue. The large wood rooster is outside a nearby restaurant, and the chickens and roosters have the run of a fenced in yard area.

I had started this one before the challenge was announced but didn't have it finished. Still not totally sure as to whether it is or not but here is one of our daughter and her sons quite a few years ago. He is married and had 2 children now so you know this is an old one.

I had put this one up last month but made some changes by taking that bulk off the top left of the photo. I like this much better and it still fits in here. It is a bit blurry.
