Disney 2024

For the start of 2024, I'm once again working on some Disney layouts! Here's the first one, a double page layout using Mosaic Twist, a long-time fave of mine. I used a sketch by Cherie O' Neill that I've had pinned on Pinterest for years.

Great page and I think Mosaic Twist was a wonderful choice. I think I may still have a sheet or two of that one in my stash.

Gosh, Monica, you stepped way back for that one! I still have the gems and the metal holders for them from that kit! Isn't it amazing how much CS we still have hanging out in our stash??

Pam, I loved that kit! So much that I believe I purchased it at least three times. The yellow in that kit is my favorite yellow paper. I still have a lot of old CS papers, kits that I loved, so I'm trying to pull out and use them this year. Better scrapped and in an album to see rather than collecting dust on my shelf, right?

CS had several kits that I fell in love with
Mosaic Twist was one of them, the colors in
that one just seemed to sing to me. I may have
purchased it 3 or 4 times

I love your Disney LOs. They bring back a lot of memories for me (we spent our honeymoon at Disney World), and also show me the changes since we were there. The Tea Cups I think will be there as long as the parks exist! That and the haunted house ride. I just hope nobody is smoking pot in there now!

Oh, the teacups will endure forever, I think! My favorite will always be the Small World ride at Disneyland. I have so many pictures of it, both regular and with the holiday overlay!

Loved the teacups when we went when
the kids were a good age for Disney.

the ride that scared me the most (don't laugh)
was Peter Pan. I wasn't expecting the floor to
disappear and I jumped so high I could have
left the car we were sitting in!

Oh, the first time I did Peter Pan, that scared the crap out of me!! Nothing like the floor literally dropping away as you "fly". Same feeling you get with Soarin' Over California, except the lights are on!

You gals had me laughing so hard about the rides I almost wet my pants! My nemesis was the Tower of Terror - thought I would die. I don't know if it's still there but I'd do it all over again

Hey, Cheryl! Laughter's good for the soul, or so I hear. Tower of Terror I have a love/hate with. I enjoy the rush but I scream!!!!!
