The room looks like its a bit larger the one we just used but with more usable space since there are no couches to contend with. The tables are narrower - but there are large counters along the wall. I thought we could put the big tools on those counters which will free up a lot of table space. I think we can seat 24 people without anyone feeling crunched.
As far as I can tell, the only person (from our New Hope group) who can't come is Carol - and I feel terrible that our date ends up conflicting with her schedule but it's the best I could come up with.

GREAT NEWS! The hotel manager is throwing in Friday night conference room use for FREE!!!

My goal (with just over 6 months to prepare) is to get page kits ready to go. Of course I said that last time, too. IF I could get myself prepared, I would have less stuff to transport! The best laid plans...

Whoo hoo! It'll only take me about an hour to get there, but I'm hoping I can convince Bonnie that she needs to take half of Friday off so we can get there early.

Cheryl - PM me with the name of the wine that you brought. I'd like to find a couple bottles of it to bring.

I was working on Luly earlier too! Trying not to be the only non-NC gal there...
Rob's status has upgraded from bitchy to ambivilent (regarding the idea of me leaving town). Air fare is < $300. I'll probably be committing fairly soon. I still need to decide whether I want to put in for a day off and get there earlier on Friday. :cool5:

I won't get there until Sat morning but I will leave at the crack of dawn (unlike last time) so I won't lose half a day.

Julie, Luly and anyone else considering joining us - there's obviously plenty of time to work it out. Let us know if you have any questions and you know we'll do what we can to help on our end.

Count me in. I'm awful about packing for crops these days. When I go to a crop, I go digital and just show up with my laptop. But! I have space for a passenger who scraps paper and all her crop totes and equipment. Full sized pickup truck with a cap. Heading down 95 from the DC area. Any takers to share gas money?
