It is a group of signatures inside a Bazzil 5x7 coverall. If you have never seen these, I can attach a pic. Just let me know!

i don't think i have...i've seen the coveralls for the BIA line.....are they the same?

Here is what the package looks like. I have had these for awhile--at least a couple of years. Maybe they don't sell them anymore

It comes complete with 3 signatures.

those are really neat...the BIA is similar in construction...but has no signatures..
