T.G.I.F. PAOists!
I hope you are all having a great Friday!
This is the Scrappy Spots technique from the new TJ newsletter with After Five stamps. I added glossy accents to the drink, hard to see on the scan. I guess it's an appletini!

Re: T.G.I.F. PAOists!
Lovely card Nancy! I could use a beverage like that myself today. My car wouldn't start, and I was running late to begin with because my MIL is being a pain (called this morning and added something to my already packed morning routine). So I was late for my meeting. Things have calmed a little now, but I could definitely use a good stiff drink.

TGIF is an understatement.
Love the card - fill us in - did you use a masking technique?

masking and reverse masking!
Stamp a shape - here I used a circle - on a piece of plain text paper in the center and then cut the shape out.
stamp shape again on post-it notes and cut out - save these as it's time consuming!
stamp shape on your cardstock now in whatever colors you like.
Place the mortise mask ( the first one you made) over the shapes you stamped and overstamp with StazOn some words or whatever you like. When you are done with all of that, place the post-it masks over your shapes and brayer a light color and then a darker color around the edges.
Remove masks and draw with dark pen around shapes to define and cover up any parts the brayer may not have colored.
I'm going to try some more with some of my funky-retro shapes from JudiKins!
